Bespoke bathroom design

Bath spaces, considered down to the last fixture.

We design and build a small number of bathrooms each year, working closely with each homeowner on the materials, light, and detail that make a room worth slowing down in.

What we believe

A bathroom is the first and last room you use every day.

We treat it that way. Where some firms move fast and finish loud, we move deliberately. The right slab. The right pressure at the showerhead. Drawers that close without a sound. None of it is loud, none of it is luxury for its own sake; it is the quiet difference between a bathroom and a room you look forward to.

Materials

Sourced for how they age

Fit

Lines that meet, edges that align

Light

Layered, dimmable, never harsh

Water

Pressure, drainage, silence

Services

Four ways we work, one standard.

Every project, regardless of scope, gets the same designer, the same lead carpenter, and the same standard of care.

Full renovation

Studs out, drains rerouted, layout reconsidered. The bathroom you should have had from the beginning.

Wet room and walk-in shower

Glass, stone, and curbless floors engineered to drain and dry in minutes, not hours.

Powder room

Small footprint, no small thinking. The room your guests remember, for the right reasons.

Aging in place

Grab supports that look like fittings, lowered thresholds, lighting that helps. Beautiful, by design.

A room you slow down in

Quiet is a kind of luxury we engineer for.

Soft-close everything. Insulated walls between you and the rest of the house. Fans you cannot hear running.

How we work

A process designed to remove surprises.

  • 01First visit

    Consult

We visit your home, measure, listen. You leave the meeting with a clear scope and a ballpark figure, not a sales pitch.

  • 02Plans & samples

    Design

Plans, elevations, and a tray of physical samples. You hold the stone, the tile, the brass, and decide in your own light.

  • 03On site

    Build

One lead carpenter on site, daily updates, dust controlled. We finish where we promised, on the day we promised.

  • 04After

    Live

A final walkthrough and a workmanship warranty in writing, with one number to call if anything ever needs attention.

  • Recent rooms

    A small portfolio, on purpose.

    Owners
We were dreading the noise, the dust, all of it. They were three weeks early and the bathroom feels like a piece of furniture.
    M. Alvarez, Bayshore
Other contractors gave us a price in 20 minutes. Bath Solutions came back a week later with drawings. That told us everything.
